Network faults
If you notice a fault in the water supply or sewage network, let us know — the sooner we hear about it, the sooner we can fix it.
How to report a fault
Report breakdowns, pipe bursts, water leaks in the street or loss of supply by phone, at any time of day.
When reporting, please give the exact address or location and, if you can, the nature of the fault — this helps us respond faster.
What to do if the water goes off
- Check whether your neighbours are also without water — this helps tell a general network fault from a local one.
- Shut off your property's main inlet valve if you see a leak on your premises.
- After repairs, the water may run cloudy for a while — let it run until it clears.
- Do not drink cloudy or unusual-smelling water until it becomes clear again.
Planned works
We announce planned network repair and maintenance works that may temporarily restrict the water supply in advance, via the notice at the top of the site.
